SPL WIN is a tool for executing SPL commands. Its main functionality is to perform operations on data files. It uses files of txt, csv, xls, xlsx, and btx  formats as data sources, reads data and performs operations like add, delete, modify and export. Below is the SPL Command Executor interface:
